Work with us
The pay and the hours, before you interview.
Remote work with a single United States practice rather than a queue of tickets. We tell you the rate and the schedule before you commit to anything, we train you properly, and there is never a cost to you at any stage.
What you get
Pay and hours stated before you interview
You see the rate and the schedule first, not after. The rates we charge practices are published on this site, which is unusual, and it means you can see where your pay sits inside them.
One practice, not a ticket queue
You work with the same clinic, in their software, with people who learn your name. This is a job, not a task marketplace paid by the piece.
Paid for every hour, on time
Employed and paid by us, on a schedule you can plan around. You are never chasing a client for an invoice.
Training that is worth something
HIPAA and role training before you start, then the payer, coding or documentation training the seat actually needs, paid for by us.
Real progression
Front office to eligibility, eligibility to prior authorisation, coding to audit. We would rather promote someone who knows the account than recruit a stranger.
Licensed nurses, licensed work
If you hold a current United States nursing licence, triage, telehealth, case management and utilisation review roles are here and they pay accordingly.
Where we place
Admin and front office, revenue cycle, scribing and documentation, and United States licensed remote nursing.
Questions
What kind of work is it, really?
Remote work for a single United States healthcare practice, during their business hours, inside their systems. Answering phones and booking patients, chasing eligibility and prior authorisations, coding and billing, or writing the clinical note while the visit happens.
It is steady, it is not a task marketplace, and you are part of the practice’s day rather than an anonymous queue.
What do I need to have ready?
Healthcare experience, a reliable connection and a quiet place to work. For coding roles, a current CPC or equivalent. For scribing, experience with clinical documentation. For remote clinical roles, an active United States nursing licence in the state you will be covering, or a multistate compact licence.
If you are close but not there, tell us. We would rather train someone who is nearly right than turn them away.
What are the hours?
United States business hours, because that is when the practice is open, and we say that plainly rather than burying it. Evening, overnight and weekend coverage exists too and is paid at a premium.
Most roles are full time at forty hours a week. Part-time seats from twenty hours a week exist and we place those as well.
Is there any cost to me?
None, ever. We are paid by the practice. Anyone asking a candidate for a placement fee, a training fee or a deposit should be avoided, in this industry and any other.
Can I be hired by the practice directly?
Yes, and it happens. After six months a practice can take you on directly for a fee of one month of billing. We do not block it and we do not make it awkward. It is a good outcome and it is written into our terms.
Send us your experience.
Tell us what you have done and what hours suit you, and we will come back with what is open and what it pays. No cost to you at any stage.
