What will it cost you?
Pick a seat and the hours you would actually use. These are our published ranges against what the same seat costs you in house, and the comparison is scaled to the hours you choose rather than flattered.
Defaults change with the role. Change them to match your rota.
Who we can put forward
A sample of the profiles on our books this week. This is what a submission looks like before you have spoken to anyone: experience, systems, certification and a start date, in writing.

These are profiles rather than named individuals. We do not publish photographs or names of people who have not agreed to a role. Tell us what the seat needs to cover and we will send the matching files, with the certifications attached, before you commit to anything.
The number most practices miss
$66,800 to $79,800
That is what a front office hire on the $45,930 national median actually costs you over a year, once payroll taxes, health cover, retirement match, paid time off, workers’ compensation, a desk and the recruiting are counted. Before anyone has answered a phone.
The same seat with us runs $24,960 to $33,280 for a full year at forty hours a week, and stops on thirty days’ notice.

For practices
Tell us the hours, the software and what the seat has to get done. You interview people who already work in healthcare and are already trained, at a rate agreed in writing before anyone starts, with no setup fee and no recruiting fee.
How it works for practicesWorking with us
Front office, revenue cycle, scribing, or licensed nursing if you hold a current United States licence. We tell you the pay and the hours before you interview, you work with one practice rather than a queue of tickets, and you are paid for every hour.
How it worksWhat we staff
Four kinds of work, one standard of vetting. Most practices start with one seat and add the second within a quarter, which is the pattern we would rather you followed than signing for four at once.
Your phones answered, your diary filled, your inbox cleared and your new patients registered, by someone who works your hours inside your software rather than a shared queue somewhere.
Eligibility, prior authorisation, charge entry, claims, payment posting and the denials nobody has time to appeal. Certified coding where you need it, audited every month rather than trusted.
Notes finished during the visit instead of at nine in the evening. Live in-visit scribing, asynchronous note completion and pre-visit chart preparation, one scribe to one clinician.
Triage, telehealth support, case management and utilisation review by nurses licensed in your state or through the compact. Licensed work stays onshore and we will not pretend otherwise.
How it works
Three steps, and you have a written rate before the second one. Most practices are interviewing within two working days of the first call.
One call to fix the hours, the software, the tasks and the coverage window. You get a written rate and a realistic start date at the end of it, not a proposal a week later.
We shortlist from people already trained and already working in healthcare. You interview them yourself. We set up secure access to your systems before the first day, not during it.
They work your hours in your software, under your logins and your audit trail. An account manager reviews the work, and holiday, sickness and turnover cover is ours to arrange rather than yours.
Contact
One message is usually enough to scope the seat, agree a rate and put two people in front of you. If we are not the right answer, we will say so now rather than three weeks later.
